Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly! Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified. If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We stand by our products and want you to experience their full benefits. Try Suppuro for at least 14 days before deciding. If you’re still unsatisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully package our products to prevent damage. If your item is defective or physically broken, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@suppuro.com with clear photos of the damage. We will assess eligibility for a free replacement.
📌 Please note: Cosmetic damage to packaging (dented boxes, etc.) does not qualify for a return or replacement. We do not replace or refund items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We work hard to ensure timely deliveries, but shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. If you experience issues, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address and do not notify us within 24 hours, we cannot offer resends or refunds.
