At Suppuro, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders! We work hard to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after being placed. Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, it is officially in transit.

Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and other external factors. Below are estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:

Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or order cancellations.
🔍 If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delayed Deliveries
While we do everything possible to ship orders quickly, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

If we encounter any issues that may delay your shipment, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. However, Suppuro is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is in transit, it is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please:

2️⃣ Contact the courier directly to file a claim.

⚠️ Suppuro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as this falls outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement.
